Billie Jo Rossing ~
Executive Director/ ECE Level 3
I have lived in Consort for 26 years, I’m married and have 3 daughters,
In my off time I enjoy spending time with my husband (Darryl), my girls (Catie, Rachel and Kristen) and our dogs, Jax, Cooper & Oatmeal! We enjoy camping and we’re hoping to do some traveling in the future.
Kathleen Nelson - ECE Level 3
Kathleen is from Youngstown and has completed her 2nd year of Heavy Duty Mechanic. She enjoys spending time with Fiancé Coleman, and her dogs Tripp and Pete! She also likes camping and collecting rocks!
Katelynn Strong - ECE Level 3
Currently on Maternity leave.
I moved from Ontario in 2017 and I have been in the Child Care field for 9 years and would not trade it for anything!
In my down time I enjoy spending time with my family including my son and exploring new places. I have a love of camping and doing things outside!
Payton Elliott- ECE Level 2
Payton is from Coronation and joined us for the summer! She has completed a Social work degree and is finished her first year of psychology. Payton is working toward a career as a Child & Youth Therapist.

I was born in Ukraine and have lived in Canada almost 6 years. I am married and I have a 5 years old daughter. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoy traveling to the mountains. I love children, really enjoy working with children, teaching new skills and caring for the kids.
I moved from Ontario as well (I am Ms. Katelynn's sister) I currently live in Veteran with my husband Paul and two daughters, Payton and Abbie.
In my spare time I enjoy camping and time with my family.
Pyper McGregor - ECE Level 1
Pyper is from Compeer and has joined us for the summer! She has competed her first 2 years of a Kinesiology Degree.
Tammy Montague - ECE Level 1
Tammy is originally from Eastern Canada, but came to us via Sylvan Lake. Tammy worked there at the library for 18 years!! She is currently just a casual but we hope to see more of her soon!
